DescriptionCasts a shield of mystic frost which grants you a large burst of ward immediately and a smaller amount of ward every 0.4 seconds. If you run out of ward the shield breaks immediately. Otherwise it lasts 13 seconds. While the shield is up you have +100% freeze rate multiplier.

Initial ward granted: 100 + 3 per intelligence.

Ward granted every 0.4 seconds: 20 + 1 per intelligence.

When the shield expires it deals a burst of cold damage to enemies around you. This burst has a freeze rate of 100 and added spell damage applies to it at 250% effectiveness.
