Evolves an exalted item into a Primordial exalted item, upgrading a random tier 7 affix on the item into a tier 8 affix, massively increasing the affix's power and moving it to its own second sealed affix slot. The affix cannot be modified further.

Can only be used on an exalted item with at least one tier 7 affix, and no tier 8 affix.

You can only have one Primordial Item equipped at a time.
