   • Enter the last echo of an Omen echo chain — Monolith of Fate

   Apophis, the Oracle, has asked you to search for an echo dominated by Omens in order to learn more about their nature.

   Step 3

   • Find Greater Omen Window — Monolith of Fate

   You've entered an Echo dominated by Omens, now you must find signs of a larger Omen presence.

   Step 4

   • Defeat the Greater Omen — Monolith of Fate

   You have encountered a Greater Omen Window and must now face its dangers.

5. 5

   Step 5

   • Use the Timeglass Core — Monolith of Fate

   The destruction of the Greater Omen Window has left behind more than timeglass shards. Investigate the mysterious object.

   Step 6

   • Return to Apophis, the Oracle in the Monolith — Monolith of Fate

   Return to Apophis, the Oracle, in the Monolith and tell her about your encounter with the Greater Omen Window.

   Step 7

   • Purchase and enter the Omen's Veil Woven Echo — Monolith of Fate

   Apophis, the Oracle has told you that if you bring her enough timeglass shards she will be able to help you reach the Omen's Veil.

   Step 8

   • Activate all Omen Windows together and then defeat the Omens within Omen's Veil to drop a Fractured Prison Woven Echo — Monolith of Fate

   Within the Omen's Veil you are able to face multiple Omens at the same time. Defeat them all within a few moments of each other in order to concentrate their power enough to create a path to the Fractured Prison.

   Step 9

   • Pick up the Fractured Prison Woven Echo — Monolith of Fate

   By defeating the Omens in the Omen's Veil within a few moments of each other you have created the Fractured Prison Woven Echo. Pick it up so it may be placed in the Monolith and explored.

10. 10

    Step 10

    • Enter the Fractured Prison Woven Echo — Monolith of Fate

    You've acquired the way to enter the Fractured Prison. Place it into the Monolith and discover the source of the Omens.

11. 11

    Step 11

    • Defeat the Vision of the Observer in the Fractured Prison — Monolith of Fate

    Within the Fractured Prison you've encountered a reflection of torment called the Vision of the Observer. Destroy it before returning to Apophis.

12. 12

    Step 12

    • Return to Apophis, the Oracle in the Monolith — Monolith of Fate

    You've survived your encounter within the Fractured Prison. It seems the reflection of the moment of the Observer's fall holds nothing but despair and torment. Return to Apophis and tell her of your findings.

13. 13

    Step 13

    Apophis, the Oracle asked you to invesitage the Omens that appear throughout the Monolith. You discovered that they originate from echoes of the moment the Observer fell to madness and started to become Orobyss. Despite Apophis's hopes for otherwise, there is nothing of the Observer's sanity to save there.
