Changes the item's subtype to a different one with the same class requirement when adding or upgrading an affix.

Cannot change the item type or result in drop-restricted subtypes. For example, a Raptor Helm could become a Tusked Greathelm, but it could not become an Arcane Visage or a Silver Ring. Can result in a higher level than you can currently equip.
