Contains many Rune Prisons

Not random drop

A temple from a forgotten timeline, filled with shrines.

Lost caches abound in this graveyard of wrecked vessels.

Confront multiple Nemeses to scale the tower.

Confront Majasa among the testaments to her avarice. Quell her rage and claim her riches.

Always drops a unique piece of jewelry.

An Altar of the Weaver atop a woven tower

Not random drop

Duel a sequence of empowered bosses and their champions.

Once the last enemy has fallen, it will drop two copies of the same random unique item, and you will gain access to the Sacrificial Altar. Here you can sacrifice one copy of a unique item to reroll the properties of another copy of the same unique item.

A free for all between champions of the arena.

The Pillar of Skulls rises high above the Soulfire Bastion. It is here that the Lich Cremorus used soul embers to resurrect champions of ages past and ages yet to come. Stand atop the pillar and slay all champions that would rise to oppose you.

Slay Haruspex Orian, Seeker of the Shards, upon the summit of his warcamp.

Always drops a unique melee weapon.

Slay enemies to collect as many soul embers as you can before the time runs out. Then spend soul embers at the Soul Gambler.

The first item purchased is always a unique.

Travel back to the ancient era and destroy whatever created the antipode rift.

Always drops a unique piece of armor.

Destroy the Draal Queen deep beneath the Stonefall Mountains.

Always drops a unique ranged or caster weapon.

Slay the roaming Fateweavers among the trails and woven halls to scatter The Weaver's followers across the surrounding echoes.

Packs of The Weaver's followers in those echoes are more powerful, but drop large amounts of memory amber.

Break through the fortifications along the great bridge to gain access to the Forge of Fates where you can shatter your set items to reforge them.

Help the denizens of the graveyard repel the invasive plants.

Defeat a Shade of Orobyss of each type to reset this timeline's web of echoes and gain corruption based on the highest corruption reached in any timeline by any character with access to the same stash as this one.

Upon the threshold Aberroth awaits.

Corruption and Echo Modifiers have no effect here.

Wade through the bloodsoaked halls to confront the Baroness.

Brawl with beer in the brewery and emerge victorious to claim the Brewmaster's Buckle.

Defend the turtle of enormous girth as it transports the Transmuting Gem.

Once the attackers are defeated you can harness the gem's power to reweave the fate of your unique items that have legendary potential, either increasing it or decreasing it. The new legendary potential is rolled the same way as the legendary potential of a freshly dropped unique of that type. As such, for most uniques it is mostly likely to change the legendary potential to 0.

Destroy the Vessel of Chaos in this echo to reroll the rewards of nearby uncompleted echoes.

Destroy the Vessel of Memory in this echo to restore nearby completed echoes to their original states, allowing you to complete them again and claim their rewards for a second time.

Woven Echoes and echoes containing Vessels of Memory or Vessels of Chaos are unaffected.

A runemaster fortress from which Rune Prisons are temporally displaced, and the arcane experiments they created are sealed away.

Defeat the wardens to lower the barrier around the Thaumaturgy Device and craft your own experimental items.

Time travel between the abandoned tower in the Divine Era and the refortified Lich's abode in the Imperial Era.

Defeat both the Osprix and Imperial forces to control the Relic of the Oberserver and alter the fate of your items. The Relic allows you to swap between strength, intelligence, dexterity, and attunement affixes on your items.

A Cemetery of the Erased where woven echoes can be exchanged for others, once the Woven Firstborn has been slain.

Delve into a vast Tomb of the Erased and defeat the Fateweavers to claim the echo specific rewards of all surrounding echoes.

Descend into a labyrinthine Tomb of the Erased and defeat the Ascendant Firstborn to weave new Tombs of the Erased into all surrounding echoes.

Duel a Harbinger that has already slain the boss of this timeline, and claim its spoils.

It drops the same items as it would have had you slain it right after defeating the timeline boss.

Travel to the brink of the black hole, to the end of all timelines that Orobyss has erased. There confront a sequence of Harbingers who have slain the bosses of those timelines and reclaim the treasures they stole.

Charge the Great Beacon in this echo to reveal echoes in a large area around it.

Before he vanished, the Barnacle King stashed his treasure in a hidden vault deep beneath the ground. Search for the lost vault within the caverns and altruistically free the overburdened lizards locked within the caches.

Venture into the eastern fortress long since broken and defiled by the Harbingers. Disturb the remains of its defenders to confront the Void Nemesis and destroy it.

Completing this echo permanently adds the void nemesis to the pool of nemeses you may encounter and improves the chance for rare and exalted items' affixes to become exalted when empowering a nemesis.
